Since its founding in 2008, TerraCarta has become a specialist in locating and recording underground infrastructure. With more than 75 employees and an innovative range of services, we focus on mapping cables, pipes, directional drilling, culverts and even sinkholes. Our process consists of detection, mapping, comparison, and verification. We use non-destructive techniques such as ground penetrating radar, radio detection, and GPS, supplemented by test trenching if necessary. For sites that are difficult to access, we deploy spray lances or puncture methods. Finally, we deliver the results in digital 3D drawings, giving an accurate picture of the underground situation.
